Fantastic article on saying no.
I read this this great article this morning and it really hit me. This is why I say no to a lot of social things. This is it exactly. The last bit just sums it all up perfectly.
“No” makes us aloof, boring, impolite, unfriendly, selfish, anti-social, uncaring, lonely and an arsenal of other insults. But “no” is the button that keeps us on.
