52 Podcast Interviews #12 – Dan Garza
Dan has had an incredibly fun career even before he got to his current career of puppeteer! He’s done audio drama, he’s an artist and he was even a luchador (pro wrestler) for a very short time.
I first met Dan while working as a Teaching Assistant for the Henson Diversity Workshop. I was immediately impressed with his sense of humor which you will get a taste of in this interview. I was very happy Dan agreed to talk to me because I believe he has a really fun story. I hope you agree as well!

52 Podcast Interviews #11 – Peggy Etra
This interview is with the incredibly funny Peggy Etra. I met Peggy as a fellow member of Puppet Up!. After that, we went on to be in the same regular, non-puppet, improv troupe called Improvatorium. I was excited to sit down with Peggy and talk to her about the path her career has taken her on.
We talk about her training in theatre and acting, her love of photography, what led her to begin studying improv and her time working as a singing telegram! This is a fun interview with an incredibly talented person who also happens to be a good friend. I hope you will give it a listen.

52 Podcast Interviews #10 – Tiff Gravel
Of all the interviews I’ve done so far, this is the one that has impacted me the most. I met Tiff Gravel while working on Leslie Carrara-Rudolph’s Wake Up Your Weird stage show. I knew she was a funny and hardworking creative individual and I also know she had been to Africa. But it was this interview that really wowed me when I found out WHY she’d gone to Africa. Then to find out why she went back and the things that happened to her there, the least of which was getting Malaria…three times!
This interview is really exemplifies why I wanted to do this project. To learn more about my friends and the incredibly fascinating lives they lead. I was also excited that Tiff is someone you can truly call an ‘adventurer.’ It seems that’s a word we don’t get to use that often anymore.
Please give this interview a listen if you haven’t already It is so much fun and very moving.

52 Podcast Interviews #09 – Stephanie Erb
Sorry I’ve been a bit behind in updating these blog posts with the interviews. I’ll try to catch up. (This is what you need to subscribe to the podcast – see below – you won’t need me to tell you there’s a new episode out!)
Stephanie Erb is an actress who has probably been in one or more of your favorite television shows. Weeds, True Blood, Ray Donovan, 24 and more! She also had a featured role in the film Starship Troopers! Stephanie knows acting.
I met Stephanie when she was a guest performer with my improv troupe and we’ve been friends ever since. We even did a play together a few years ago. This was a fun interview, not only because Stephanie is a friend, but because she is the very definition of a working actor. It was a lot of fun to get her perspective on the Hollywood machine.
Give the interview a listen and let me know what you think.
